Raphael CHOQUETTE comes from Montreal, and is studying a master's in Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia, more particularly in environmental policy.
He is interested in environmental economics, focusing on the policies that make the green economy attractive to the private sector; as well as climate justice, looking at the liability of states for the climate crisis, as well as mitigating the unequal impacts of climate change.
