Hannah ATTALLAH is a Master's Student in International Energy Transition at Sciences Po Paris.
Hannah worked as a regulatory intern at the European electricity exchange EPEX SPOT and on issues related to electricity market design and integration of flexibilities. Her research focused on the integration of large-scale batteries into the German electricity market and on the socio-economic reasons for grid connection bottlenecks.
Hannah aims at reconciling current energy-transition policies and instruments (e.g. CBAM, ETS, flexibility markets) with sufficiency-based solutions, as only the latter allows humanity to stay within planetary boundaries.
