Dr. Monica BARROSO is a Senior Researcher, Lecturer, and Project Lead at the Sustainability Innovation Lab (SIL/ITEM-HSG) and Head of Executive Education at the Center for Leadership and Innovation in Society (CLIS-HSG).
Her work focuses on systems innovation, sustainable business models, and leadership, designing learning experiences to support students and executive leaders in developing human skills for societal transformation.
